I led the design and implementation of a scalable landing page system for LottieFiles that transformed how cross-functional teams collaborate on marketing campaigns. Through strategic research, modular design thinking, and Strapi CMS integration, we reduced production time by 78% while enabling teams to work independently without sacrificing design quality or technical standards.

The system was designed for three primary user groups with distinct operational needs:
Marketing team: Needed autonomy to create and update campaign content quickly without waiting for design/dev resources, enabling faster campaign execution and Product Hunt launch timing
SEO team: Required text flexibility and schema markup capabilities to create multiple optimized pages for search rankings, addressing the bandwidth constraints that previously limited SEO page creation
Design and engineering teams: Needed to maintain quality standards and technical consistency while reducing hands-on involvement in repetitive landing page requests, freeing capacity for strategic product work
Cross-functional need: All teams required a collaborative workflow that eliminated the communication overhead and standby requirements that were consuming significant time during launches.
Solution
I developed a modular landing page system by breaking down high-converting pages into 10 reusable components, along with 20 sub components that teams could mix and match based on campaign needs.
We integrated Strapi CMS to give marketing and SEO teams a structured interface for independently editing and publishing content while maintaining design integrity. The solution included comprehensive documentation and streamlined workflows that eliminated the need for developer standby during launches.

Published the system on production along with a cohesive document for easy reference. The document helped teams clearly understand the usage guidelines and ensured that everyone could refer to it before starting any work.
